- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
- Internal Auditor Certification in IATF 16949 (Mandatory)
- Internal Auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 preferred
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Management Representative (MR) to oversee and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS). The candidate will be responsible for documentation control, internal audits, customer audit coordination, CAPA monitoring, management review meetings, compliance activities, and sustainability reporting platforms such as EcoVadis, CDP, and Open-ES.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS)
- Maintain and improve QMS in accordance with IATF 16949, AS9100, and ISO standards.
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance of organizational policies, procedures, and documented information.
- Monitor QMS performance and drive continual improvement initiatives across all units.
Documentation Control
- Manage and maintain QMS, EMS, and OHSMS documentation.
- Control standard operating procedures, manuals, work instructions, forms, records, and revisions.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements of applicable standards and customer requirements.
Internal Audits
- Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal audits for QMS, EMS, and OHSMS.
- Ensure audit findings are recorded, addressed, and closed effectively.
- Prepare audit schedules, reports, and compliance records.
CAPA Management
- Monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Conduct root cause analysis and verify effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Track closure of non-conformities identified during audits and customer assessments.
Customer & Certification Audits
- Coordinate customer audits, surveillance audits, and third-party certification audits.
- Prepare audit documentation and facilitate audit activities.
- Handle audit observations, customer concerns, and compliance requirements.
Management Review Meetings (MRM)
- Organize and coordinate Management Review Meetings.
- Prepare KPI reports, audit summaries, customer feedback analysis, and improvement plans.
- Present QMS performance updates to senior management and directors.
Sustainability & Compliance
- Support and manage sustainability platforms including:
- EcoVadis
- CDP
- Open-ES
- Customer-specific sustainability portals
- Coordinate data collection and reporting activities related to ESG and sustainability requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Production, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.
- Conduct departmental review meetings and provide regular status updates to management.
- Drive awareness and training on quality and compliance requirements.
Required Skills

Mandatory Requirements
✔ 7-10 years of experience in Quality Department within Engineering Manufacturing Industry
✔ Hands-on experience with:
- IATF 16949
- AS9100
- ISO Documentation
- EMS & OHSMS Systems
- Internal Audits
- CAPA Monitoring
- Management Review Meetings (MRM)
- Customer Audits
✔ Internal Auditor Certificate in IATF 16949 (Mandatory)
✔ Experience in sustainability platforms such as EcoVadis, CDP, Open-ES preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
