We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Quick Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end quick commerce operations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in first-mile and second-mile operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow, timely deliveries, and superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front-end and back-end operations on quick commerce applications with strong technical proficiency
- Efficiently manage and navigate seller/partner dashboards across platforms
- Manage operations across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
- Own catalog, pricing, and listing accuracy across platforms
- Plan and run promotions and ad campaigns to boost sales
- Track platform-wise sales, conversions, and ROI
- Coordinate with dark stores for inventory availability and fulfillment
- Manage demand forecasting and inventory planning
- Build strong relationships with platform account managers
- Monitor fulfillment rate, delivery TAT, ratings, and complaints
- Own channel P&L, margins, and marketing spend
- Align quick commerce strategy with business goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-6 years in quick commerce/e-commerce, preferably retail/FMCG
- Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or similar
- Strong grasp of catalog management and online merchandising
- Skilled in demand forecasting and inventory planning
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills
- Experience managing P&L and ad spend
- Excellent communication and relationship management
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- ERP/inventory system familiarity preferred
