We're looking for friendly, energetic, and hardworking Service Staff / Counter Executives who can help us serve our customers with a smile. Whether you already have experience or you're looking to start your career in the restaurant industry, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and help them place their orders.
- Serve food and beverages with a positive attitude.
- Handle billing and payments using the POS system.
- Keep the counter and dining area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are served on time.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Work as a team to deliver an excellent dining experience.
What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or QSR (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Friendly personality with good communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain active throughout the shift.
