Glenz International Academy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced, responsible, and result-oriented HR Manager to join our growing team.
We specialize in overseas healthcare recruitment for GCC countries and manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, documentation, Dataflow processing, candidate coordination, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall HR and recruitment operations of the organization
- Handle end-to-end healthcare recruitment for GCC countries
- Lead, guide, and manage the HR and recruitment team
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to achieve hiring targets
- Source, screen, interview, and select qualified healthcare professionals
- Oversee Dataflow and related documentation processes
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, discipline, and HR-related matters
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process
- Maintain proper employee and recruitment records
- Handle team performance, targets, reporting, and daily HR activities
- Support management in HR planning, policies, and employee-related decisions
- Ensure smooth coordination between management, HR, recruitment teams, and candidates
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager / HR Team Leader / Senior Recruiter
- Experience in overseas healthcare recruitment, preferably GCC recruitment
- Strong knowledge of GCC healthcare hiring procedures and recruitment processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Strong team management and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure professionally
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Dataflow and healthcare licensing processes will be an added advantage
