Position: BPO Executive / Customer Support Executive
Location: Near Wadia College, Pune
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month
Experience: Fresher to 6-month experienced candidates can apply
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Attend SEO-related client calls and provide proper assistance
Provide accurate information and customer support
Maintain customer records and daily reports
Resolve customer issues in a polite and professional manner
Follow company process and communication guidelines
