About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Design & Engineering team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in the design, drafting, manufacturing, and assembly of industrial conveyor systems. This role is ideal for fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates and Diploma holders who are eager to build a career in the manufacturing and automation industry.
Eligibility
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Good academic record with a strong interest in manufacturing and design
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D Drafting)
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks (3D Modeling & Assembly)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings
- Understanding of Engineering Drawing and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Knowledge of Machine Design fundamentals
- Basics of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and conveyor systems
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as welding, machining, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly
Preferred Knowledge
- Conveyor design concepts
- Tolerance stack-up and fitment
- Basic stress and load calculations
- ISO drawing standards
- ERP exposure (preferred but not mandatory)
- Microsoft Excel and MS Office
