We are a fast-growing startup building a high-energy consumer brand, and we are looking for a Creative Designer & Video Editor who can turn ideas, offers and campaigns into scroll-stopping visual content.
The Role
We are looking for a highly creative, energetic and execution-focused Creative Designer & Video Editor who can independently conceptualize, design and edit content for Zookout’s digital platforms.
You will work closely with the Marketing, Performance Marketing, Business Development and Leadership teams to create high-impact creatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, app registrations, voucher sales and merchant footfalls.
Key Responsibilities : Creative Design
- Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Ads and other digital platforms.
- Create offer banners, promotional creatives, campaign artwork, merchant creatives, app creatives and marketing collaterals.
- Develop creative concepts based on Zookout campaigns, offers and marketing objectives.
- Maintain consistency in Zookout’s brand identity and visual language.
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing and performance campaigns.
Video Editing & Reels
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos.
- Edit promotional videos, merchant videos, customer-focused content and campaign videos.
- Add music, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics and visual effects where required.
- Convert static campaigns into engaging video formats.
- Identify trending content formats and adapt them for Zookout.
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute daily and weekly campaigns.
- Create creatives for restaurants, salons, spas, hotels, resorts, activities, entertainment and other merchant partners.
- Develop FOMO-driven creatives around limited-period and exclusive Zookout offers.
- Support performance marketing campaigns with fresh creative concepts.
- Work on festival, city-specific, merchant-specific and promotional campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing, Social Media, Strategic Alliances and Product teams.
- Understand campaign objectives and convert them into compelling visual communication.
- Take feedback positively and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Manage multiple creative requirements simultaneously.
What We Are Looking For
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Graphic Designing + Video Editing.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media trends.
- Good sense of typography, composition, visual hierarchy and branding.
- Ability to create premium, modern and attention-grabbing designs.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing creatives and performance-oriented content.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A creative portfolio is mandatory.
