Job Description
- Ability to guide and motivate a team to achieve desired results.
- Guide the proposal and engineering team in the preparation and submission of techno-commercial offers, providing solutions to customers' cooling and heating requirements by positioning absorption and process cooling products.
- Create new business opportunities by identifying customer needs and positioning the right products and solutions.
- Drive replication of successful cooling applications across various industries.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers for cooling and heating solutions.
- Effectively handle customer objections and negotiations.
- Work closely with channel partners and distributors to drive indirect sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Drive opportunity closure through successful commercial negotiations and order conversion.
- Take overall responsibility for achieving regional sales targets in terms of revenue, order booking, and product sales.
