Recovery Manager
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Experience: 5–7 Years
Work Mode: On-site . Monday- Saturday (Office + Field)
We're looking for a highly driven Recovery Manager to take ownership of collections, account recoveries, stakeholder management, and field operations for a fast-growing organization. This role requires someone who can navigate complex situations, resolve payment disputes, build strong external relationships, and drive outcomes with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage aging receivables and drive timely recoveries
- Conduct client visits and negotiate resolutions for overdue accounts
- Coordinate with external recovery partners and consultants
- Liaise with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders
- Handle operational escalations, disputes, and critical field issues
- Take end-to-end ownership of challenging recovery and compliance situations
What We're Looking For:
- 5–7 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, field operations, real estate liaison, or similar roles
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior clients, vendors, and local authorities
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and high accountability
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, field-intensive environment
