Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Specialist / AI Automation Engineer who can design, build, and manage AI-driven systems that enhance customer experience, automate operations, and help scale our business.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Chatbots, APIs, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants
- Develop intelligent customer support and lead-generation systems
- Create AI workflows using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs
- Design automation systems using Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks
- Build WhatsApp automation and CRM workflows
- Develop AI-based sales funnels and customer engagement systems
- Integrate AI tools with websites, forms, payment systems, and databases
- Improve operational efficiency through automation
- Research and implement the latest AI technologies and tools
- Create custom AI agents for business growth and customer experience

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with OpenAI APIs or similar AI platforms
- Knowledge of Python and API integrations
- Understanding automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly, etc.)
- Experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, Firebase)
- Familiarity with chatbot development and conversational AI
- Basic web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
