We operate a Kohler Exclusive Showroom for luxury bathroom products and a Kajaria Tiles Experience Centre, serving homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and dealers across Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh.
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend Kohler bathroom products and Kajaria tiles based on customer needs.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up database.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Keep the showroom well-presented and updated with product displays.
- Stay informed about new products, pricing, and promotional schemes.
Preferred Candidate
- 1–5 years of experience in retail or showroom sales.
- Experience in sanitaryware, tiles, bath fittings, building materials, hardware, or interior products will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and professionals.
Qualification
- Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant experience may also apply).
