- Manage all confirmed bookings received through Airbnb, OTAs, direct inquiries, travel agents, and corporate clients
- Maintain accurate booking records in Excel, CRM, and reservation systems
- Verify guest details, stay dates, occupancy, and property allocation
- Monitor booking calendars to avoid overbookings or operational errors
- Ensure smooth reservation processing from inquiry to checkout
Lead & Inquiry Management
- Handle new guest inquiries received via:
- WhatsApp
- Phone calls
- Airbnb and OTA platforms
- Instagram and social media
- Website and referral leads
- Share property details, availability, pricing, and booking information
- Follow up with prospective guests to maximize booking conversions
- Coordinate with the sales team wherever required
- Maintain proper inquiry and lead tracking records
Guest Communication
- Send booking confirmations and pre-arrival communication
- Share:
- Property details
- Google Maps location
- Check-in instructions
- House rules
- Local contact information
- Professionally handle guest questions and special requests
- Ensure a smooth check-in and checkout experience for all guests
OTA & Platform Management
- Manage Airbnb and OTA inbox communications
- Maintain high response rates and guest satisfaction standards
- Ensure timely responses across all communication channels
- Escalate important operational or guest-related matters to management
Payment Coordination
- Share payment details and booking confirmations with guests
- Track advance and balance payments
- Coordinate with the accounts department regarding payment status
- Ensure all payment formalities are completed prior to check-in
Operations Coordination
- Prepare and circulate daily arrival and departure reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams regarding:
- Cleaning schedules
- Guest readiness
- Linen and amenities
- Maintenance updates
- Special guest requests
- Ensure all properties are fully prepared before guest arrival
Travel Agent & Corporate Coordination
- Handle bookings received from travel agents and corporate clients
- Share confirmations, invoices, and guest information
- Coordinate booking modifications and operational requirements
Guest Reviews & Closure
- Send checkout instructions and post-stay messages
- Request guest reviews on Airbnb and OTA platforms
- Handle guest feedback professionally
- Escalate complaints or operational concerns to management when necessary
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
