About the Role
Dyneton is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our in-house hiring across multiple locations in India. Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the complete recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offer acceptance, and joining.
- Prepare and release offer letters and collect required joining documents.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring reports regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT recruitment preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
