We are looking for a sincere and organized Office Staff member to join our Computer Service Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers and handle enquiries.
Manage phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
Prepare bills, quotations, and invoices.
Maintain service records and customer details.
Update stock and inventory records.
Perform general office administration tasks.
Coordinate with technicians regarding service updates.
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Tally.)
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain records accurately.
Prior office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
