About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager with 4–5 years of experience in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, generating leads, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct client presentations and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
