Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve company sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for planning strategies, managing the team, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Monitor daily sales activities and performance reports
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
- Train and guide team members to improve performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & CRM tools
