- Supervise and guide Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, and Housemen.
- Allocate daily room assignments and work schedules.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings.
- Monitor staff productivity and performance.
- Ensure adequate staffing during each shift.
- Inspect all cleaned guest rooms before releasing them for sale.
- Ensure rooms meet hotel quality and brand standards.
- Verify proper bed making, cleanliness, amenities, and room presentation.
- Re-inspect rooms after corrective action, if required.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure all guest amenities are replenished correctly.
- Conduct regular spot checks of occupied, vacant, and departure rooms.
- Ensure VIP rooms are prepared according to standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.
- Coordinate with Front Office for early arrivals, late departures, and room priorities.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through quick and efficient service.
- Follow up on guest complaints until resolution.

- Monitor linen usage and prevent losses.
- Maintain stock of guest amenities and cleaning supplies.

- Report shortages and damaged items.
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety policies.
- Report suspicious activities immediately.
- Follow fire safety and emergency procedures.
- Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections.
- Ensure all Lost & Found procedures are followed.
- Verify documentation and secure storage of guest belongings.
- Maintain accurate Lost & Found records.
- Train new Room Attendants on hotel SOPs.
- Conduct refresher training on cleaning standards, grooming, and guest service.
- Coach employees to improve quality and productivity.
- Prepare daily housekeeping reports.
- Update room status with Front Office.
- Record maintenance defects and follow up until completion.
- Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and inspection records.
- Report any incidents to the Executive Housekeeper.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
