Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Presales Trainee to support lead generation and initial customer interactions for Odoo products and services. The role involves outbound calling, qualifying leads, scheduling demos or meetings, and maintaining accurate customer and partner data in the system. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to start a career in IT/software sales and presales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inquiries, marketing campaigns, and existing leads.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Odoo products, apps, and services.
- Generate and qualify leads, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Perform accurate data entry and management of partner and customer details in the system.
- Maintain and update customer, partner, and lead records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Understand basic Odoo offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Tele calling or inside sales experience in IT/Software is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred (BBA, BCA, BSc, BE/BTech or similar). And knowledge of Basic Odoo is plus
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
