Role overview
As a TA Intern, you will be at the heart of our growth engine. You will help us discover "Champs" across
various departments—Sales, Academics, Tech, and Operations. This isn't a back-office role; you’ll be on the
front lines, acting as a brand ambassador and talent scout
Key Responsibilities:
● Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and campuses for teaching and operations roles.
● Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
● Support employer branding through social media posts and JD creation.
● Maintain ATS data, track hiring metrics, and assist in onboarding.
● Contribute to high-volume recruitment drives
● Manage the end-to-end process—sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and finalizing offers for
both tech and non-tech roles.

Requirements:
● Pursuing/enrolled in HR, Business, or related field
● Basic knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Sheets).
● Strong communication skills; interest in edtech/startups.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
