- Reception & Communication: Welcome visitors, parents, and students warmly, while handling incoming calls, emails, and general school inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Assist the school administration and Principal by scheduling appointments, managing visitor logs, and maintaining the reception area.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Manage forms and documentation such as bonafide/fee certificates, gate passes, and student leave applications. Maintain accurate logs and update student databases.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between parents, teachers, and school management. Assist in communicating circulars, newsletters, and Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) schedules.
- Operations & Logistics: Monitor office supplies, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure smooth day-to-day office workflows.
