We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence in the U.S. logistics and freight brokerage industry. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, manage digital campaigns, generate qualified leads and position the company as a trusted transportation and supply chain partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage the company's LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, blogs, newsletters, and customer success stories.
- Design marketing materials for recruitment, employer branding, and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads).
- Improve website visibility through SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Monitor digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated on U.S. freight market trends, trucking regulations, supply chain news, and industry developments to create timely, relevant content.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, and Leadership to support business growth, recruitment, and customer engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the U.S. logistics, trucking, freight brokerage, or supply chain industry.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT.
- Basic video editing, photography, and motion graphics skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
