Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership & Outreach
- Identify and approach corporates (CSR), NGOs, and government agencies
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
- Collaborate with training centers, institutes, and local organizations
2. Business Development
- Generate leads for new skill development projects
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and concept notes
- Explore funding opportunities under CSR and government schemes (like NSDC, PMKVY)
3. Program Expansion
- Identify new regions/communities for program implementation
- Conduct field visits and stakeholder meetings
- Analyze local skill demand and employment opportunities
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with corporate donors and funding partners
- Ensure proper communication and reporting
- Maintain strong engagement with all stakeholders
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare reports, MIS, and progress updates
- Track targets, partnerships, and project outcomes
- Assist in impact reporting and case studies
6. Market Research
- Study industry trends in skill development and employment
- Identify new sectors for training programs (IT, retail, healthcare, etc.)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
