Job Summary
A Sales Assistant supports the sales team in daily operations, assists customers, manages product information, and helps in achieving sales targets by providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by providing product information and guidance.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Maintain and organize product displays and stock.
- Handle billing and basic sales transactions (if required).
- Maintain customer records and follow up with clients.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/store for product availability.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the sales area.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office or billing software (preferred).
- Teamwork and problem-solving ability.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or retail (Freshers can apply).
Work Environment
- Retail store / Office / Field support (as per company requirement).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
