Job Title: Backend Developer (AI-Focused)
About the Role
We're looking for a passionate Backend Developer who enjoys building scalable applications and leveraging AI to write better software. If you're excited about modern backend technologies, AI-assisted development, and solving real-world problems, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain backend applications and RESTful APIs.
- Integrate databases, third-party services, and AI APIs.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to build seamless full-stack applications.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to accelerate development, debug code, and improve productivity.
- Build AI-powered features, including chatbots, automation workflows, intelligent search, and smart dashboards.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Document technical solutions and contribute to development best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Node.js or another backend language (Python, PHP, or Java).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Comfortable using AI coding tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Ability to write effective prompts for code generation, debugging, and refactoring.
- Basic understanding of integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into backend applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a passion for learning emerging AI technologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
