- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering
- Good Communication skills, fluency in English is a must
- Proficiency in Java, the standard library, as well as in latest features like lambdas
- Object-oriented and clean coding best practices
- Deep knowledge in developing enterprise web applications using Java Spring
- Experience with the integration of external systems using SOAP/REST
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Good knowledge of development tools like IntelliJ IDEA, GIT, Maven, CI tools
- Deep understanding of database technologies / SQL
- NoSQL DBs
- ELK stack
- Frontend technologies (JavaScript, React)
- Identify and analyze business requirements together with different stakeholders
- Design and develop a cutting edge platform
- Participate in code reviews
- Follow and improve our internal agile development process
- Production incident analysis and support
