About the Role
Shellz India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly creative and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Content Executive to strengthen the digital presence of our confectionery brands, including Tosca, Hugs, Winola, and other product portfolios.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and executing high-quality digital content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, consumer engagement, and online brand perception. This role requires a strong understanding of current social media trends, consumer behaviour, and content marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative content strategies aligned with the company's brand positioning and marketing objectives.
- Create engaging short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook content, and other digital assets to increase audience engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product photography and videography, including concept development, scripting, shooting, and editing.
- Identify and leverage emerging digital trends, viral formats, and platform-specific opportunities to maximize organic reach.
- Create compelling product-focused campaigns that effectively communicate brand value and drive consumer interest.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, festive activations, and brand initiatives.
- Write engaging captions, campaign copy, and creative content tailored to different social media platforms.
- Ensure all digital content maintains consistency with the company's brand identity, campaign effectiveness and communication guidelines.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, photographers, and content creators whenever required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging digital platforms.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and create high-quality social media content.
- Excellent photography, videography, and video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, After Effects, VN Editor, or equivalent software.
- Sound knowledge of content planning, social media algorithms, audience engagement, and digital storytelling.
- Creative mindset with strong visual aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects within defined timelines.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Content Creation, or Brand Marketing.
- Experience in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, Lifestyle, or Consumer Goods industry will be preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio showcasing original reels, videos, and social media campaigns will be given preference.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
