As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs.
Seeking an Oracle EPM resource with strong ASO cube support experience for an Application Support / AMS project. The role involves L2/L3 support, issue resolution, performance tuning, and user support for production EPM applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- L2/L3 application support for Oracle EPM with focus on ASO cubes
- Manage incidents, service requests, and RCA
- Support ASO cube metadata, data loads, aggregations, and performance tuning
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and user support
- Support minor enhancements, testing, and releases
- Ensure SLA adherence and follow ITIL/AMS processes
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Oracle EPM / Essbase experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ASO cubes
- Application support / AMS background
- ASO performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Good communication and documentation skills
- EPM Cloud / PBCS / FCCS exposure
- ServiceNow or similar ticketing tool experience
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Planning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
