Roles & Responsibilities
As a Social Media & Content Strategy Executive, you will:
Content Strategy
- Understand different client businesses and industries.
- Research target audiences and competitors.
- Help create monthly content strategies.
- Plan content calendars for multiple clients.
- Brainstorm content ideas and campaign concepts.
Trend Research
- Research daily Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube trends.
- Identify trending reels, hooks, formats, and audio.
- Study competitor content and recommend ideas.
- Keep the team updated on current social media trends.
Content Planning
- Prepare content briefs for designers and editors.
- Suggest reel concepts, captions, hooks, and CTAs.
- Coordinate with the creative team during content production.
- Ensure content aligns with each client's goals.
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish posts.
- Upload captions, hashtags, and metadata.
- Monitor comments and messages.
- Maintain posting consistency across client accounts.
Reporting
- Track social media performance.
- Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports.
- Share insights and improvement suggestions.
Skills Required
- Excellent written English.
- Basic understanding of Instagram and social media.
- Good research skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and Google Workspace is a plus.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or AI tools is an advantage.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Final-year students who can work full-time may also apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, Design, or any related field is preferred, but graduates from any discipline with a strong interest in social media are welcome.
