Principal task and Responsibilities: Monitor and track APl project activities from concept to commercialization. Proactively interact with managers within the organization during the course of the project. Working towards increasing the project management competency and capability within the organization as a whole and involved in both tacit and explicit knowledge transfer and integration initiatives. Works closely in collaboration with other roles, such as organizational managers, subject matter expert and those involved in business analysis. Focus on critical project management elements not limited to schedule, cost, resources and risks for each project. Make time to plan thoroughly and prioritize diligently. Responsibilities: •Project management support for NPD, CIP & Backward integration Projects at CSBU-R&D. •Create, track, and report comprehensive project plans and schedules to ensure all API development milestones are met on time. •Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure successful completion of Projects. •Facilitates positive team member interactions and manages conflict with minimal assistance. •Establishes/practices standard project reporting procedures to management and client (i.e. minutes, agendas). •Ensure timely completion of the preparation of regulatory documents for query response. •Maintains very good relationship with internal and external stakeholders and grow it positively. •Proficient in MS Office and Project Management tool i.e. Planview -In the absence of the job holder, the designee assigned by the reporting manager would be responsible for carrying out the above responsibilities.
