Maintain the showroom and ensure upkeep so it is in line with the corporate brand standard, including inventory management, showroom maintenance, and product mock-ups to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Showroom Upkeep & Maintenance, Vendor Search & Evaluation, Customer Relationship & Communication, Architect & Designer (A&D) Engagement, Sales Presentation & Pre-Sales Support, Process Discipline & Detail Orientation
Execute all the local events, including space booking, logistics, catering, entertainment, event announcements, gifts, and invite lists.
Event management background (not limited to fabrication or booth design)
Assist showroom visitors by conducting showroom tours and attending to inquiries and requests.
Maintain and periodically update the stakeholder’s database to ensure all contacts are up to date.
Manage overall Haworth client experience, utilizing best practices from both business and hospitality perspectives, to ensure a wow client experience.
Oversee and review vendor contracts, including Hotels, ground transportation and other necessary contracted services, and oversee the management of dining/catering to ensure services provided meet or exceed requirements and are cost-effective.
Manage overall showroom administration, facility, and pantry staff for attendance.
Support the implementation of marketing initiatives, as and when required.
Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in client facing role, with marketing/ event management responsibility, preferably in handling premium products and/or services. Showroom management experience of a premium product company will be an added advantage.
Excellent customer experience skills; hospitality-centric.
Remain professional and positive, in dealing with a wide variety of situations and diverse groups of people.
Open to working beyond regular working hours to manage social functions and client meetings.
Excellent communication & presentation skills and should be able to handle walk-in clients/ A&D.
Ability to understand and articulate the importance of brand connection with customer experience.
Minimum travelling required.
