Rainbow Toys is a fast-growing toy brand offering trendy, educational, and fun toys for kids. We supply to retailers, wholesalers, and online platforms, and we are expanding rapidly across the market.
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive to grow our sales network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new retailers, distributors, and bulk buyers
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, and market research
- Present Rainbow Toys products and explain pricing & schemes
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues
- Provide regular sales reports to management
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (Toy industry preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in meeting retailers and closing deals
- Basic Excel knowledge for reporting
