A Legal Advocate represents clients in legal matters, provides legal advice, drafts legal documents, and appears before courts, tribunals, and other legal authorities. Responsible for representing individuals, businesses, or organizations in legal proceedings, providing legal consultation, preparing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and government authorities.
- Provide legal advice on civil, criminal, family, property, labour, and commercial matters.
- Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, case laws, and judicial precedents.
- Draft and review legal notices, petitions, affidavits, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Maintain case records and ensure timely filing of legal documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Enrolment with the State Bar Council.
- Valid certificate to practice law.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
