About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to support the CEO in managing daily operations and coordinating across teams. The role involves ensuring smooth communication, tracking ongoing activities, and supporting operational efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between the CEO and different departments (sales, operations, admin)
Ensure clear communication of priorities and tasks across teams
Monitor daily operations and track execution of key activities
Follow up with teams to ensure deadlines are met
Assist in organizing schedules, meetings, and operational plans
Maintain reports and provide regular updates to leadership
Support cross-team coordination to improve efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
1–3 years of experience in operations or coordination roles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities
Basic understanding of business operations

Structured and detail-oriented approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Coordination and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
