We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Business Head to drive business growth, develop new customer relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong technical sales experience in industrial machinery, automation solutions, or capital equipment sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B sales leads.
- Meet prospective customers and convert opportunities into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Secure new orders and renew existing business.
- Develop new market opportunities and expand regional presence.
- Travel within the assigned region for business development activities.
- Track sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in industrial/technical sales (laser machinery, automation, machine tools, or capital equipment preferred).
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering; MBA/BBM preferred.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of laser cutting technology and manufacturing industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language.
Additional Requirement
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for local travel (travel expenses reimbursed by the company).
