- Referral Management: Build and maintain strong referral networks with local physicians, clinics, and corporate partners.
- Digital Marketing: Manage the hospital's online presence, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and website analytics.
- Event Coordination: Organize community outreach programs, health fairs, workshops, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) events.
- Market Research: Analyze local healthcare trends, evaluate competitor strategies, and initiate customer satisfaction surveys.
- Reporting: Monitor campaign progress, measure marketing ROI, and submit performance reports to hospital leadership. [1, 2, 3, 4]
