- Roles and Responsibility:
- Identify and generate leads through market research, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Engage with builders, contractors, architects, and infrastructure companies to understand their material requirements.
- Maintain and update a database of potential customers with accurate contact details and project information.
- Conduct regular calls and follow-ups to convert prospects into potential clients.
- Visit construction sites and dealers to gather insights on market demand and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and business development.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Manage and generate leads for the region assigned to you, ensuring focused sales efforts in that area.
- Learning ability for construction materials.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, & networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of the local construction market and customer base is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Openness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Pro-Activeness is a must.
- Bachelor’s/master's degree in business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Candidate must be open for Core Sales.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
