Key Responsibilities:
- Design, bake, and decorate customized cakes using icing, fondant, ganache, and other decorative techniques.
- Create intricate fondant figurines, flowers, and other edible decorations.
- Collaborate with customers and the bakery team to bring creative cake designs to life.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and visual appeal across all cakes.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and finishing of cakes and ingredients.
- Manage production schedules to meet daily orders and special event timelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the work area as per FSSAI standards.
- Stay updated on current cake trends, designs, and decoration techniques.
- Train and guide junior bakery staff when required.
