Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, detailed working drawings, and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop concept layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings based on client requirements.
- Create 2D and 3D drawings, presentations, and visualization models using software such as SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar tools.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and constructability before project execution.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, and preparation of architectural specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings.
- Maintain project documentation, drawing registers, revision records, and design files.
- Ensure timely delivery of design packages as per project schedules.
- Follow company quality standards, safety guidelines, and documentation procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other 3D visualization software.
- Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
