Job Summary
Aayuritz Phytonutrients Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations across three group companies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a startup environment, can handle multiple responsibilities independently, and has strong knowledge of payroll, recruitment, labour laws, and statutory compliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, labour laws, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain statutory records and coordinate with consultants and government authorities.
- Support employee engagement and HR policy implementation.
- Independently manage HR operations for three group companies.
- Be available to provide support beyond regular office hours whenever business needs require.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist, Payroll, and Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing, PF, ESIC, and labour law compliances.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HR software.
- Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, food ingredients, or startup companies will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a startup environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Flexible to support business requirements when needed.
- Able to manage HR operations across multiple business entities.
Location Preference: Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Gandhinagar or Ahmedabad will be preferred.
