Designation: IT Engineer
Key Responsibility:
- Provide support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and provide support for Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Office 2016 applications.
- Troubleshoot and install computer peripherals, software applications, and resolve network-related issues.
- Prepare laptops and desktops for new joiners and users with the required documentation.
- Assign tickets to IT team members and coordinate the required support.
- Provide daily IT support both on-site and for remote locations.
- Maintain the IT asset inventory list in Excel.
- Configure, install, and support network and USB printers.
- Create user accounts in Active Directory (AD) and WAAV.
- Create shared folders and manage Group Policies in Active Directory (AD) in DFS.
- Maintain records of joiners, leavers, and movers.
- Provide laptop hardware support and arrange spare parts when required.
- Provide support for Audio/Video (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) systems.
- Log and track laptop support cases through HP and Dell support portals.
- Good knowledge about MS Software center (laptop installation and posh software via software center)
- Monitoring VM Servers and HP Chassy. ISO Backup manager
- Synology NAS and create share folder and install backup agent in user computer
