We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an International Air Ticketing Executive. As part of our growing travel and tourism firm, you will play a crucial role in booking both international and domestic air tickets, offering an exceptional travel experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both international and domestic air ticketing using Galileo and other booking systems.
- Provide timely and accurate booking and ticketing services to clients, ensuring all necessary details are correct.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients.
- Assist with customer queries and provide recommendations for travel options.
- Stay updated with the latest airline policies, promotions, and international travel trends.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, specifically in air ticketing and reservations.
- Proficiency in using Galileo software for ticket booking and managing travel reservations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for the travel industry, with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to multitask, with attention to detail.
- Must be smartly dressed and professional at the workplace.
- A team player who is enthusiastic, proactive, and has the drive to excel.
