About VML India:VML India is a growing freight forwarding company based in Nashik, Maharashtra specializing Freight Forwarding and container booking. We provide end-to-end logistics solutions for exporters handling temperature-sensitive cargo including fresh produce, pharmaceuticals , perishables and dry commodities .
Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Freight Forwarding Executive who can independently handle both sales and operations for container shipments from the comfort of their home. If you have existing exporter relationships and hands-on freight experience, this is a high earning remote opportunity with a fast-growing company. --- Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard exporters requiring reefer container logistics - Manage end-to-end shipment operations including documentation, customs coordination, shipping line bookings and port handling - Maintain relationships with CHAs, transporters and shipping lines - Ensure timely and smooth export process for every client - Regular reporting and coordination with management remotely
Requirements:- Minimum 2-3 years experience in freight forwarding or CHA firm - Hands-on experience with Dry container shipments preferred - Existing exporter client relationships is a strong advantage - Knowledge of export documentation — BL, phytosanitary, shipping instructions - Must own a personal laptop (mandatory) - Self-motivated and able to work independently from home - Good communication skills
Compensation: First 3 months: Commission based — 30-40% of net profit per shipment - After 3 months: ₹30,000 fixed salary + commission - High earning potential based on shipments handled
