Key Responsibilities: Executive Support
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information.
- Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, and project updates.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal departments, including design, production, HR, accounts, and project teams.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, contractors, and suppliers professionally.
- Assist in arranging client meetings, factory visits, and project reviews.
- Ensure timely flow of information between the MD and various departments.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain files, records, and MIS reports.
- Draft letters, emails, quotations, and official documents.
- Monitor office supplies and support administrative activities.
- Handle expense reports and basic documentation work.
Operational Support
- Track ongoing interior projects and manufacturing schedules.
- Assist the MD in monitoring project timelines and production coordination.
- Support procurement follow-ups and vendor coordination when required.
- Help organize company events, exhibitions, or business meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative coordinator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of interior design, manufacturing, or project-based industries is an added advantage.

Experience Required
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Salary
- Best in industry / As per company standards.
Pay: ₹10,291.75 - ₹43,716.57 per month
