Job Title - Production Technician
Position Overview
We are seeking technically proficient Production Engineer to join our Production Team. This role includes maintaining standards for PCB assemblies and candidate should understand electronic components, soldering technique and testing protocols to ensure production workflow.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute the soldering with precision, wiring, stripping, cutting and assembling the electrical components to ensure consistent output.
· Assemble and integrate the components to comply with the design specifications and industry standards.
· Identify the defects, solve the root cause of failure and implement corrective actions.
· Ensuring the product meets and passes final QA/QC testing standards.
Qualifications
Diploma in Electronics/ B.Tech / Pursuing B.Tech
Skills
· Experience in testing and production environment: 0-2 years
· Foundational knowledge in electronics and circuitry.
· Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards is preferred.
· Experience in trouble shooting equipment.
· Problem solving and analytical skills to diagnose the issue with production.
· Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
· Wiring , troubleshooting, product testing.
Reporting Structure
· Reports to: Production Manager.
· Collaborates with: Production Engineers, QAQC team, Store department.
