WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTS OFFICER
Location: Corporate Office, Thalayolaparambu
Qualification:
- M.Com / B.Com
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts
- Experience in the finance industry will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record financial transactions, including income, expenses, and other financial activities.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure budgetary goals are achieved.
- Process and verify invoices for payment.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate and issue invoices to clients/customers.
- Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Provide financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
- Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies and accounting issues.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting practices and regulations.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Utilize accounting software and financial management tools effectively.
- Implement process improvements for enhanced financial efficiency.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Department.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in the finance industry will be preferred.
