Job Summary :
Worksbot Applications Private Limited is inviting applications from enthusiastic and motivated engineering graduates for our Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – On-the-Job Training (OJT) program.
This structured training program is designed to provide industry-oriented technical knowledge, hands-on practical experience, and exposure to real-time engineering projects. Candidates who successfully complete the training and meet the required performance standards will be offered full-time employment based on their performance and business requirements.

Department Allocation
Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be placed in one of the following departments based on their performance during training and business requirements:
* VLSI Design
* Production
* Quality
* Maintenance
Eligibility:
* B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), VLSI, Electronics, or related disciplines.
* Freshers (2025 & 2026 Pass-outs) are encouraged to apply.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to a professional engineering environment.
Preferred Skills:
* Basic knowledge of Digital Electronics and Semiconductor Fundamentals.
* Understanding of CMOS and VLSI concepts is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL is preferred.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities :
* Participate in structured online technical training sessions.
* Gain exposure to real-time engineering projects and industry practices.
* Complete assigned technical tasks, assessments, and project work.
* Collaborate effectively with mentors and engineering teams in a remote setup.
* Demonstrate professionalism, continuous learning, and technical growth throughout the program.
