Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive with 1 year of experience to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales or service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and CRM software).
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation.
