- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize data platform performance and scalability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment of data platform strategies with enterprise goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks and big data processing techniques.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data storage and processing solutions.
- Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and pipeline orchestration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data platform issues and implement effective solutions.
