Job Summary:
The Senior Administration Executive is responsible for overseeing and guiding the organization’s legal, regulatory,
and administrative functions to ensure smooth, compliant, and ethically-aligned operations. This role involves
providing high-level legal and administrative leadership, supporting management in strategic decision-making,
and ensuring that all organizational activities adhere to local, state, and national laws.
The Senior Legal Officer acts as a trusted advisor to management, facilitates effective coordination with government departments, corporate partners, and public entities, and fosters a culture of strong governance and accountability. The role also plays a crucial part in shaping compliance frameworks, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting long-term organizational stability.
Major Functions
The Senior Administration Executive oversees comprehensive legal and administrative support functions, ensuring proactive management of legal risks, policy development, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations. The role also involves mentoring junior staff, managing external legal partners, and ensuring consistent implementation of best practices across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Legal Risk Management
- Provide expert review and legal advice on MOUs, contracts, tender documents, and other key business agreements.
- Oversee ongoing legal matters related to the company, ensuring regular status updates to senior management.
- Partner with relevant departments to identify potential legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Offer legal protection and risk management guidance with a strong focus on contract governance.
- Interpret legal information, conduct training sessions, and ensure timely communication of legal requirements to staff.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen the organization’s legal compliance framework.
2. Policy Development
- Review internal policies and procedures for legal implications and compliance.
- Draft, revise, and approve contracts, agreements, and internal policies to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement a structured review mechanism ensuring all legal decisions undergo thorough evaluation before final approval.
- Contribute to organizational policy planning by offering strategic legal insights.
3. Litigation Management
- Oversee the progress of active litigation of the company and coordinate with external counsel efficiently.
- Build and maintain a strong network of outside legal advisors, including pro-bono partners where relevant.
- Maintain and supervise an updated litigation register, ensuring transparency and timely reporting.
- Regularly evaluate business operations to identify and address potential future legal disputes.
- Ensure cost-effective and timely resolution of legal matters.
- Maintain regular communication with the CEO by providing updates as necessary along with a structured daily report.
- Conduct continuous monitoring and checks to ensure awareness of any legal cases filed against the company or any member of the management, in any court or jurisdiction, and promptly inform the management of such developments.
4.Regulatory Compliance
- Formulate, review, and maintain legal compliance checklists to support accurate and complete submission of required information.
- Monitor the company's compliance with statutory obligations and provide timely advisory to management.
- Oversee development and implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify legal and regulatory risks to the company and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to industry-specific regulations and governmental requirements.
5. Contract Negotiation & Documentation
- Review, negotiate, and finalize all contracts and agreements involving organizational commitments.
- Prepare, review, and modify contractual instruments to support business operations.
- Provide guidance to project managers and operational teams on contractual and legal matters.
- Draft legal papers, briefs, and business-related legal documents as required.
6. Employment Law Advisory (Advanced Level)
- Advise management on employment law matters including recruitment, termination, disciplinary actions, leave matters, and workplace accommodations.
- Ensure HR processes and employee relations practices adhere to statutory and legal standards.
Enhanced Leadership Responsibilities (Senior Role Add-on)
- Mentor and guide administrative and legal support staff, ensuring capacity building and knowledge enhancement.
- Represent the organization in high-level meetings with external stakeholders, government bodies, and legal authorities.
- Support senior management in strategic planning by providing risk assessments and compliance insights.
- Continuously improve internal processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and governance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
