Role & responsibilities
- Staff Development & Orientation: Facilitate orientation programs for new hires, manage RN residencies, and conduct annual competency evaluations.
- Continuing Education: Plan, organize, and publish in-service calendars to ensure all nurses meet regulatory requirements and stay current with evidence-based medicine.
- Policy & Procedure Maintenance: Collaborate with nursing leadership and clinical teams to develop, review, and revise clinical policies based on current trends and research.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest advances in medicine and changes to best practice standards for patient care
Preferred candidate profile Typically requires a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with 10-12 yrs experience.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
